I have uverse in Springfield Mo and an employee has uverse in St Louis area and we cannot reach our hosting provider in CA., however our office in another city which is on CenturyLink can get to our site and email.
Mediacom and AT&T DSL in Springfield is also having the same connection issues. tracepath stops at 184.108.40.206 after 4 hops. This is from the AT&T dsl account.
Most other sites I have tried have no problems
Which is the best dept to try to get in contact with to see if there is a problem?
