I can't find an emulator for it. But you should be able to do something that I'm sure won't in the slightest be supported.

On the stock firmware I don't think you can disable NAT nor can you do 1 to 1 NAT. 1 to 1 NAT is probably the simplest way to do what you want.

The good news is you can tinker around with some third party firmware like DD-WRT and Tomato on the RT-N66U. These will give you more options.
