At a previous job I dealt daily with Masters and PhD people, and with some outside of their field it would be easier to explain things to a 4 year old that doesn't speak English and you don't speak their language.
I found a LOT of the problem stems from failure to read the operator manual/instructions.
Okay, is says ... when window opens it will ask ... click on the .. button ... if they had actually looked at the book they could have done it themselves.
