Ottawa, ON | I thought I would ask about 150/10 again. The CSR tried to tell me I already have the new package but I am not getting 10 up because I don't have the right modem and I need to purchase or rent a new one. I have a Cisco DCP 3825 I bought 6 months ago but he said that is not capable of the new speeds. I just hung up. |
