I guess this would come naturally to any entity offering a highly technical product to the mostly amateur public, but some of us are pros and we often find this habit of their's quite frustrating and extremely time consuming.

And good luck getting someone "live" on their Live Chat system. I find I get through perhaps only 1 out of 10 tries. Don't get me wrong - I believe the Voip.ms folks are good people and well intentioned. They just need to add more staff if Live Chat is to work successfully.

Just my 2 cents.

I am on the atlanta server now and it's a lot better then the chicago server.

anon posted : yes same thing for me for months, same problem, changing to their different servers made no difference, they don't seem to care and keep billing anyways, at this point I think their service sucks at least for incoming and they seem to not care at all which is too bad, why they bother to post on here I have no idea, they should be fixing their service so it actually is reliable for incoming, oh well, bye bye voip.ms it was nice knowing you, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who needs incoming to be reasonably reliable

Voip.ms folks are a great group of people and usually quite helpful. I know their intentions are good. Sadly though, I find I sometimes have to bend over backwards to prove to them there is an issue before they will admit it - or even bother to look into it on their end - especially when there are intermittent problems like the ones described in this thread.

I highly recommend against its use at the present time. [corrected typo]

Haven't noticed issues on Seattle server yet. (I'm currently not using any of the other servers.)
