Currently yes but in future all cable companies have the right to encrypt everything after a law was passed 2 months ago. So dont count on it staying that way forever.

Does TWC in NY/Queens area keep clear QAM available when Internet-only service is provided. I currently have RCN's Internet service. My TV can receive clear QAM channels although just a few.
