Re: [BC] Horrendous YouTube performance

I am in Lethbridge and seems they are still having major issues with YouTube which started yesterday. Its not only youtube it seems almost any streaming of video buffers and buffers.

I am not seeing any packet loss and traceroutes seems decent to everything i tested.
