StacyFotoDoguePremium join:2001-11-02 New York, NY | [NYC] Download is fine. Upload? Not so much Internet has been up and down this week and then yesterday I noticed upload speed were abysmal. Photos that normally take a few minutes to upload were taking hours.
So I called TW Support and their first response was "you're getting the service you've paid for!" When I pointed out that I couldn't uploaded they suggested I had too many files on my computer and suggested I upgrade to turbo!
After two supposed resets my test results are, approximately, the same, on both my desktoo Mac and my iPad. Is it worth hiking over to their office and swapping my RCA modem or is it time to go back to DSL?

 | I would try swapping the modem first, and making sure you get bumped up to Tier 3 to actually troubleshoot the slow HSD. You should be getting 80% of your upload which looks like you should be getting .8 at a minimum. |

Hob What's the URL for the official TWC speedtest sites? |

Hob I can't because the TWC site seems to require a newer version of Flash than is available for my PowerMac and my iPad doesn't have Flash.
Whatever the issue is, or was, it seems to have been resolved for now. Three photos that took me 2 hours to upload earlier today only took about three minutes this evening and I'm getting better Speed Test results. Maybe it takes 6 hours for the system to reset rather than the 10 minutes I was told on the phone?
