Internet has been up and down this week and then yesterday I noticed upload speed were abysmal. Photos that normally take a few minutes to upload were taking hours.
So I called TW Support and their first response was "you're getting the service you've paid for!" When I pointed out that I couldn't uploaded they suggested I had too many files on my computer and suggested I upgrade to turbo!
After two supposed resets my test results are, approximately, the same, on both my desktoo Mac and my iPad. Is it worth hiking over to their office and swapping my RCA modem or is it time to go back to DSL?
