Generally if the line gets basic cable they will get everything, rarely are the other things trapped as they need activated equipment. Like Hob said, just try to move a box and see what happens.
Unfortunately I haven't been to test this yet and I haven't heard back from Time Warner after a week. It's very unfortunate that I will probably not be able to add services simply because they have this location entered in the the computer as a hospitality account and not bulk.
What's really strange is I may be able to add the same services from another company. Their engineers are checking on that now.
