Re: Just signed up for 3Mbit service, MA Verizon territory maybe this should be in a new thread, but why am I getting an invoice for Jan's service, on Dec 11? My activation date was Dec 1.
Edit: I am being billed for Jan 1st through Feb 1st. However, the online invoice lacks a DUE DATE for the invoice. I'm starting to think that this ISP is more akin to some 3rd-world ISP. I don't know how you can give someone an invoice without a due date. Is this intentional deception on DSLX's part? |

kudos:16 | It's due Jan 1st. If you're on automatic billing, then the system will process it automatically then; otherwise, our Billing department sends out the notices about half a month in advance so you have plenty of time and forewarning. |
