How under any circumstance is trying to purchase an iPhone 'criminal'?
Why isn't the Apple employee charged with 'criminal' attempted eviction? Seems just as absurd.
If she was asked to leave the store and did not then she is trespassing. It doesn't matter if she was in an Apple store, a Toys R Us, or a Starbucks and it doesn't matter if she was trying to buy 3 phones or 3000. She is trespassing if she was asked to leave and she did not comply. It doesn't matter if the reason for asking her to leave is absurd.
