[Anveo] Calls going to voicemail

I keep getting voiceemails from anveo about calls that have gone to voicemail. First, is there anyway to tell why the call went to voice mail? was it too many rings, or SIP not registered or what!? Second, is there any way to control the voice mail message and/or turn off voicemail?

Is it normal to have about 1% packet loss with UDP?

What kind of internet connection do you use? 1% packet loss seems very high.

i think the packet loss was happening due to my experimentally changing network topology. Currently I don't see any packet loss within my network.

Ill have to wait a few days to see if I get any more voicemail messages at anveo.
