Is Dry Loop Elite no longer available?

I had 6Mb (Elite) dry loop DSL a few years back, but switched to Comcast as AT&T had oversold DSL in my area and ingress circuits in my CO were saturated at the time.

Now when I look on AT&T's website, I only see the Elite option if you have phone service. Is it no longer available? If not, is there anyway around it, perhaps by ordering phone service and elite, then cancelling phone service?

U-Verse is not available in my specific area (and I'm not a fan of the higher latency to the gateway).

Post in AT&T Direct with any specifics you can retrieve from your old service, i.e. account #, address, whatever.

There was a mention here a while back that they might be able to get ADSL back for former subscribers under some circumstances but I don't recall the details.

We have had dry loop DSL at Elite 6Mb. Paying too much now after last promo ran out, though ($48).
