You don't understand and are sort of messing up reviews.
Older Ooma users are grandfathered and pay absolutely no monthly charge. $0.00, nada, zip, nil, zot, nothing, not a penny per month.
YOUR experience is as a newer customer. It is DIFFERENT from other customers.
Why do you continue to bash Ooma?? Telling other people what we pay?? Seriously?? It didn't occur to you after reading many reviews by people who pay nothing, that maybe we are really paying nothing?

Not true. I do not pay "taxes and fees." This is the result of when I initially signed up. I have the old hub works great. I do pay an annual fee for premier service but I can turn that off anytime I want. |
