The following is shown on my modem configuration and it doesn't seem quite right. Is there a problem with this setup (specifically channel 2) or is this normal?

You'd at least need a tech visit to make sure it's not your wiring, but it can be something leading up to your location that a tech at your house can't fix.
Previously with my old modem i couldnt go to time Warner secure sites such as the billing and payment site without rebooting modem. now that seems to work but that channel seems screwy. i didnt pay that close attention on the last modem to see if channel 2 was screwy also.
