[CT] Had 3 bonded channels...now none!

I bought a SB6121 about 2 months ago and the speed boost was fantastic. I was finaly getting the advertised speeds that I was paying for.

Now, the other day I noticed that the performance was a bit less reliable. Needless to say, I've gone from 3 bonded channels done to only 1 channel down.

What happened? Any thoughts. A call to Cox resulted in me educating the tech on what bonded channels actually means and why they are improtant. No results.

First thing to try would be a power cycle of the modem. I lost bonding once and when the modem cycled it locked onto the other channels again.

Yeah...I've tried that a number of times. Nothing.

Well, today I noticed I have 4 bonded channels down and 4 bonded channels up. I did absolutely nothing but noticed there was an updated to my router.

That was the magic of all the people working on this issue One guy tells another, who pings another guy who was already working on it, we talk and start trying things.. etc etc etc.
