All services (phone, HSI and TV) are out at my home in Tucson. Cox says there is an outage. No ETA on repairs. I called them hours ago to let them know that there was an HSI problem on their end but naturally they wanted to roll a truck to my house and I'm the only one having the issue. I'm really fed up with always blaming the customer and being the only one who has a problem. In all the times I've called Cox it has never been a problem on my end. It's always on their end. |

Fixed this morning. So whatever it was, for my area is gone.
