I have an zero problems in wichita location issues. there are few things to ask that: did you bought the DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem yet? for long team diagnostic? there are no guaranteed speeds or latency either on the residental service. If you do have the DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem equipment installed then there's no reason for you to get tech van out since the DOCSIS 3.0 can do multiple bonded the channels into an single virtual pipeline. |

| I misspoke. I think he said tilt, not skew. At least that's what i think he was describing. It's a problem with the amplifier immediately upstream my pedestal. |
