I've asked the cable manager to give you a call back, please see the reply to your ticket regarding that. Also you do have the correct modem for 28Mbps.

They are mistaken, so that needs to be corrected on Acanac's end. Fergless and I use the exact same modem you have and I get those speeds easily.
We were still curious what other 4 modems you have, since cable really hasn't been out long enough for you to have gone through that many. |

Correct Modem: SB6120 Modem Acanac only sells the Motorola SB5101N DOCSIS 2.0 Modem for the Cogeco (8Mbps) option.
saynotofk has the SB6120 |

| I'm also a Acanac user and paying for 28/1 service but never approach anywhere near that. I posted about it in this thread, »Really slow speeds in Acanac (Port Credit).
At this point I'm considering cancelling my service as a customer service call irrespective of the hour is seemingly useless. I can never get hold of anyone. |

It's commonplace to receive those speeds in both of those cities on 28/3 |
