Another Copyright Settlements Q?

So, anyone here actually pay when they got the first warning from their ISP, with the PDF from Copyright Settlements, trying to get the $200?

If yes, what happened then, did you ever hear back from them? I'm interested in some older cases as well as new.

Also, anyone ignored the notice and get burned?
