I'd be particularly interested to know if you've had a claim with them and how that went.
We'll almost certainly use Belair Direct for auto, as their price is about half of the next lowest, and my Googling seems to indicate they aren't too bad (obviously, some negative reviews, but there will always be some of those with any company).
