[CA] Bonding 8/2 in OC - Now nothing works right

This must be a recent change as just recently we are now bonding 8 channels down in OC (Laguna Hills). However, sites are slow, timeout and I can't even ping sites without it timing out. Also, test.lvcm.com can't even be reached. Calling COX business 800 number and it's busy, so I'm guessing something is messed up. Anyone else having issues?

This is great. I get through to COX and their IVR states.. "Due to high call volume, we are unable to take your call at this time. If there is a problem, we are working diligently to resolve". And then...CLICK. Disconnected. No info, no help, nada. Seriously? This is what you call BUSINESS class service?
