Madwand posted : Just received word from Bell Executive offices that they now unlock iPhones as long as the account is in good standing and the phone is currently not in a contract. Eg. You had an iPhone 4 and upgraded to a 5 on a new 3 year contract, then you can pay $75+HST and have your old iPhone 4 unlocked.

Very late to the game and more expensive than the others. :(
