[NV] cox internet to my modem SB6121 motorola My motorola SB6121 does not receive conect signal from COX
talked to tech support several times and prety much tried everything last I was told by a tech was that I am missing the customer number off the box the modem came in which I long tosed it,my understanding was they only need the serial # and rhe mac addrress, so I end up getting a modem from COX which I dont like.
Do you know what can be done to fix this? Is the modem the problem? I asked Time Warner if they locked my mac addrress and the answer was no.
any help is appriciated.
The same numbers that were on the box that you tossed are also on the back of the modem.
