| ran an other test this am after it dropped last night. this time at 5:45 am non peak hours and am getting the same results. about 1/10th of the 50/5 im paying for. outstanding. i thought they fixed this earlier in the week. guess not |

intro is faster then this, Ultra 50???
Guess I'm outta line to expect to get 50/5 rather then the intro tier for my $110/mo. this month so far i have got more the $29.95 intro tier speeds rather then ultra 50 speeds |

I'm at work and can't test until I get home, but this is getting REAL old, REAL fast. It's getting very tiring to hear the same old line "We are aware of the issues in the area and our techs are working to get the service restored and working properly...."
We all should be getting credits on our bills for not getting the advertised speeds we're paying for.... |
