Re: let the speculation begin!

Yes I complained. Yes I have a DOCSIS 2 modem. That should not mean I can't get even half of my advertised speeds.

Before the upgrade I got a rock solid 15/1 day or night.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm considering ATT DSL, as they offer 6 meg service here.

no you can't buy a VoIP modem but you can buy a SB6141 or Zoom 5341J and have TWC turn the internet off on VoIP modem and put 2 way a splitter in and you would actually have the $4 modem fee removed.

Yea, I removed my comment after I realized this. Its absolutely ridiculous.

I think its better at this point to just jump ship.

My speeds are back up a little, but my pings are too high.

Does not appear it is supported any longer.

If you are renting it, swap it out for no charge. Maybe even ask for a separate unit for HSI and then just keep your phone adapter.

EDIT- Actually, being a combo unit maybe it wouldnt show on the approved device list.
