error code 1012 network unavailable

Ok, I thought I had everything worked out. Got cdu680 activated, everything looked good. Worked for several hours, then got dropped from network. Not looking forward to dealing with tech support again. Getting error code 1012..network unavailable. The cdu just doesn't want to stay connected.
Did notice the User NAI ends in @sprintpcs.com. is this still a valid domain for sprint now.

If you are on windows:
close the dialer program
goto networking and sharing
choose change adapter settings
locate the connectoid related to the connection and delete it
re-open dialer and connect

Thanks. Still getting hung up when updating user profile. That's when I get the error. Sort of like connection timing out.

Sorry about that I thought it was dial up networking error... Now that I think back that is the failed to update profile error... been a while since I've seen a 1012!
