it is also my opinion that if HN would have been "upfront" and kept the customers informed, there would be less complaining and less frustration. People have lousy service, and nobody knows why, when or how long it will take (if ever) to be corrected. In my field (medicine) I have found that when one is upfront with patients and their families, there is a less likely chance of lawsuits. Coverups create hell!
