Can I block a computer from the internet with WNDR3800

I have a computer without the power to run a firewall/antivirus and I want it to be able to access the network without allowing outside access. I used to be able to do this with another brand of router that I used to use but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it with this one. Does anybody know if/how it can be done?

If you can, in the computer do not assign it a default gateway, just a static address.
