<description><![CDATA[mikeyg5 posted : Hello, <br><br>Been a comcast hsi customer for less then 1 week.  First day was ok. Since then,  download speeds are constantly. 500kb down and 3mb up with latency of 200ms. Performed all the standard plug/unpkug/restart.  Even went and bought a new modem motorola sb6121,  had it provisioned,  same issue.  Line comes from pole directly to modem.
