mikeyg5 posted : Latency is far better, the dl is slow, upload is actually faster then my plan. If i do a direct connect to a pc, the speeds are still similar.

Drizew posted : Well, that's your problem right there. 55 upstream is gonna cause a ton of problems. Give Comcast a call and let them know you are having problems. They will see this right away and have someone out to fix it.

Been a comcast hsi customer for less then 1 week. First day was ok. Since then, download speeds are constantly. 500kb down and 3mb up with latency of 200ms. Performed all the standard plug/unpkug/restart. Even went and bought a new modem motorola sb6121, had it provisioned, same issue. Line comes from pole directly to modem. Upstream power is 55db.

Bty, my neighbors have the same issue.
