| Tenth Amendment Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
I never hear anyone complaining about the daily abuse of this amendment. Damn near everything the Federal government does is a violation of this.

| If every member of the House and Senate were put through the same testing we make immigrants go through to obtain citizenship (civil rights, knowledge of the constitution, etc) "I bet you $10K" more would fail it than pass it.
They don't give a damn about the papers that founded this country, they just bend over to whatever lobbyist puts the most money in their pocket and hope they don't get caught.
