We're having a problem in the VoIP Tech Chat forum with Toronto DIDs. I'm curious to know if the issue is with the carrier or the service provider.
If you have TekTalk in Toronto, would you be so kind as to test your phone number by calling it with your cell phone, work phone, or some other non-TekTalk phone, and let me know if it works?
