A good reason not to watch tv.....

ABC is considering a Justin Bieber sitcom... Sorry but I don't think I'll be watching this...

Good lord...

I guess they are trying to cash in while he's still relevant (in 14 year old minds)...

It is Disney–ABC Television Group and it was never meant for you. So it will be repeated on family channel and much music and so on.

And the networks wonder why males between the ages of 18 - 35 are leaving in droves.

Oh, God, please, no!

Justin spends a lot of his "free" Ontario time at Fairview Park Mall and The Boardwalk in Kitchener-Waterloo. Don't give them any ideas!

Now this is the story all about how
My life got flipped, turned upside down
And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there
I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Kitchen-Air

In west London, Ontario born and raised
On the playground where I spent most of my days
Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool
And all shooting some pucks outside of the school
When a couple of guys, they were up to no good
Started making trouble in my neighbourhood
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
And said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Kitchen-Air"

I whistled for a cab and when it came near the
License plate said "fresh" and had a dice in the mirror
If anything I could say that this cab was rare
But I thought nah, forget it, yo homes to Kitchen-air!

I pulled up to a house about seven or eight
And I yelled to the cabby "Yo, homes smell you later!"
Looked at my kingdom I was finally there
To sit on my throne as the prince of Kitchen-Air
What can I say, it's a very slow day for me at work.

They could save some money by just licensing Canada AM.

He's an export, if the USA want to buy crap associated with him, let them spend their money. Anyone bought a Celine Dion CD lately, or Bryan Adams, how about Shania Twain?
These are products for export only.

Not sure, he was here not a while back and rented a cinema for him and a few buddies.

He's really not a bad kid though, I suppose.

I'll admit I might have a copy of Bryan Adams' Reckless on cassette somewhere. The only time I've ever held a Shania Twain CD was in China when a very nice woman tried to give us a copy as we were Canadian. I'm assuming it was a bootleg version.

On Shania, I will admit I kind of like 'Man! I Feel Like a Woman'

I feel so ashamed...

This show, if it happens, will be a huge success. It will also prove once again that marketing directed at teenagers works. Who can forget the Partridge Family? It ran for 4 years. As lame as we think it is, lameness sells. And after all isn't that what's really important?
