I own 2 Tivo premiere Box's. This past weekend, XFINITY On Demand has become available on both units.
I have made several calls to Comcast to figure out how to get this thing working, I keep getting the "We are resending a signal and it should work in about a hour." Please, can someone help me with this.
When i try to access XFINITY On Demand, i get the following message
"Service Error Request failed. Please try again. If problem continues please call your cable operator. Reference (GSM-7) when calling. The locale code is (tivocardio-ch2-a2p.comcast.com)"
Been trying for a week now for comcast to fix this issue with the xfinity on demand and up to today nothing has happened,I've called more than 10 times and i get put on hold then the call drops or i get a busy signal once i mention xfinity on demand not working Most of them don't have a clue what xfinity on demand on tiro even is Comcast direct hasn't been any help I guess i just have to wait a few weeks to see what happens?
