See I don't get this, I'm running a D2 modem, and still get the full 28mb.

Some nodes, just can't handle anything over 10-15 mb on D2. ISP's need to stop selling D2 modems at this point.. I'm seeing this over and over and have had friends who don't understand the difference get burned by this.
