I received a message to contact T. Smith about adjusting my bill. It's WAY to much money. I only have basic channels, no special channels and there is no reason I should be paying so much. Every month it's a different rate. A few months ago I got the bill down to $135.00 (which is still too much) but this month it went to $151.00 and I have no idea why. If something doesn't change, I will be switching to a competitor. You should be ashamed of yourselves charging so much for basic TV in this economy, and you should also have a senior discount. Please contact me by phone because I don't use my computer much. Anita Gregory
