I've definitely seen Cox cross the line. There was a promotional price on the web site listed with a "regular price" after the first year. Nobody at the company was able to give me (an existing customer) what was advertised as the regular price. Sooner or later they'll be hit with a class action suit...

All the cable and phone companies are slick these days, but Cox is the only one I've seen with blatant false advertising.

Still does not prove a national incident. I've been a Cox customer for 10+ years. I do receive the advertised "regular price" for my service.
