North York, ON | The stink is because most did not read the terms of service and now it is in the media, so they freak. I expected it to get worse after Facebook bought them and it did. Before Instagram did not do anything with the photos, now Facebook will. The change in terms proves it. They spent almost $1Billion, they need to make money off it!

Hipstamatic released another upgrade this week with a nice new Tintype pak. If it didn't crash so much it might've recaptured some disgruntled instagram users. |
