Vonage wants to charge to cancel fee of 90 no longer service
I called Vonage and spoke to supervisor named Jose and he helped me to review the account and processed the refund of the fee for early termination. Thanks alot Jose.
Vonage charged me a fee of 90 to cancel the service even though they are no longer providing the free Long distance to pakistan. This is the only service that i signed up for and i want to cnacel and should not be charged a fee for a service no longer provided and customer has the right to cancel and no be penalized.
We want our money back
