As hdtv00 stated, you will need a DOCSIS 3.0 modem in order to get the proper speeds on the Ultra 50 tier. If for any reason you were not provided with the proper modem, I will be happy to look into this and also get a tech out to install the correct modem. I would also like to look at your signal levels to verify I do not see any other issues. Can you send me an IM with your account or phone number?
