To me, yeah it works well during non-peak hours like right now at 9 AM PST: 1.8-2 mB/sec from Steam. During peak hours, I noticed download speeds can go down to about 200 kB/sec.<br><br>Does TWC have DOCSIS3 modems for those with digital phone service? The Dallas cluster had the QAMs rearranged when we went from 4 to 6 downstream channels for the internet.<br><br>Waco and austin are already making changes to the QAM carriers as they have put some of the basic channels that were SDV on to a QAM that is static and does not change so they can launch the HD DTA's. Also Waco has moved TBS HD from 75 (531MHz) to 41 (327MHz) to allow for TWC to use the analog space on 71 to 76 for digital services starting on the 18th of this month in the austin and waco clusters.]]></description>
