Re: [Wireless] Cisco Linksys E2500 random disconnections

Is it only the wireless or would it do the same thing on the PC that's hardwired?

It's just the wireless that I know of. The firmware version on that router is 1.0.05, for your information.

Well, its pretty important for you to verify this. How do you know it's not your modem?

I haven't tried anything hardwired to my router at this point, but I'll probably keep on monitoring the router's activity right now.

I might often suffer any drop in activity or so and that's why I often have to do a hard reset (unplugging the router and plugging it back in) on my router - as a "stop gap" measure.

That problem doesn't occur everyday but on "certain times". Right now, everything seems to be "stable" at this point.

I'll probably keep you posted if anything arises.
