Verizon FiOS → Are there any ActionTek router settings worth changing?

I was looking through the settings and many of them I have never heard of - are there any guides to tweaking these or are most better left alone?

I did use 'namebench' to tweak my DNS server. I didn't notice any speed difference really.

For the Rev I this guide is a good place to start AFA security »Security »How do I secure a wireless network (wireless router)? . I have disabled Wireless broadcasting, and changed all default settings that I could (login password, WPA2 key, ESSID) I also backed up my factory configuration before making any changes which may be overkill because holding the reset button should set it back.
