SB6120 cannot access 192.168.100.1

Tried to access 192.168.100.1 from 2 different computers without any luck. Is the address changed somehow? How do I reset the modem? I can't find the reset button anywhere.

The internet is running fine, the only problem is I can't access the modem's admin page. Should I worry, or just leave it as is?

If your computer is directly connected to the RJ-45 LAN port of the SB6120, did you try step 2 that is addressed on

?

If your computer is not directly connected to the RJ-45 LAN port of the SB6120, then what is connected to the RJ-45 LAN port of the SB6120?
