[TWC] Slow speeds / no channel bonding

I continue to have problems with internet speed dropping during prime time. We have replaced the modem. The signals look fine. During off-peak times, we get maximum speed of approximately 22-25mbps (we are on the extreme Internet 30-5 plan). During peak times, it is between 5-12mbps. Our ping times are pretty good, even during peak times. Tracert's/pings haven't shown any problems.
We have a Docsis 3 modem but there is no channel bonding on downstream or upstream. Should there be? Is bonding automatic with a Docsis 3 modem? Thanks.

You should be getting downstream channel bonding regardless. Upstream depends on the area, Carolinas for example doesnt, but NYC does.

Post your modem's signal levels during peak times.
