I'm assuming that is for when ever you change any part of your service with Charter? Kind of like they are giving themselves a $1 tip for something they are supposed to do anyway as part of their job, if customer requests a change?!
Sheesh! What other half baked charge can some of these company's come up with? 
They need the higher rates to pay for the "free" stuff they are trying to force on people.
Next up, they will charge for gas for truck rolls, that aren't really needed anyway, but the phone people don't care, since it is easier to just send a truck out.
At least with direct, there was a sense that they actually cared to help fix issues, and you were not just another number. |
