[Other] FPL under DDoS attack?

Has anybody else noticed the pattern I'm observing with FreePhoneLine.ca (a.k.a. Fongo)? Looking back through my SysLog I'm seeing a lot of registration failures of which the following is typical. I have not tried to make or receive a call so I don't know if audio is affected.

Dec 18 18:19:09 MAC_ADDRESS [SIP][Line-2: 1NXXNXXXXXX]Registration failure by no response
Dec 18 18:22:40 MAC_ADDRESS [SIP][Line-2: 1NXXNXXXXXX]Registration Success
Dec 18 18:27:46 MAC_ADDRESS [SIP][Line-2: 1NXXNXXXXXX]Registration failure by (480)
Dec 18 18:28:32 MAC_ADDRESS [SIP][Line-2: 1NXXNXXXXXX]Registration Success

I observed a similar pattern with Callcentric before they successfully mitigated the attack they suffered.

Not sure about DDoS attack, but also my asterisk registration to FPL has been going up and down since yesterday morning about 9:45 AM.

Ditto...since the weekend. Never thought it may be a DDoS, my line still works though.
