| new to acanac cable I was a past acanac dsl for a while, but i wasn't satisfied with the stability of my line (bell fault).
now i'm on cable.... everything is smooth. when i called, i think i waited a big 8 minutes.
then the transfer date arrived. unfortunately, i had about 30 hours of downtime, so i called them to report my problem... and someone picked up the phone RIGHT AWAY ! 
I don't understand people why they complain all the time against this company. I never had any trouble reaching them, they were always helpful. the only downside is videotron for not matching my transfer date from ebox to acanac.
