| [HN7000S] email out can't even bring up customer care Cannot access my hughes net account email, either through my email client or through the web. On the web, I can see the subjects and dates, but when I click to see the body, I get redirected to a web page that will not open. I called customer care, they told me it was a system problem and would be fixed shortly. That was yesterday morning. Now, when I click on the customer care link for the chat or phone help, that also redirects me to a page that will not open. Don't see any posts to the web about this. Are others also having these email problems. |

| Since yesterday, but I am on 9000 and have not had a problem. Hughes has a post about new email coming very soon. |

If find it is better to use a service like gmail because when you finally get real broadband service, your Hughsnet email will be lost. |
