Just wait until there's an issue that can't be resolved by turning it off and back on again.
I've been dealing with an issue for 15 weeks now. I can no longer count on my hands how many times I've been told I need to replace my modem/router/switch...again. The last tech they sent spent less than 10 minutes on my property before saying there's no issue and leaving.
It took 11 months to get the cable buried at my last residence.
When it works it's fantastic. When it doesn't, you'll understand the hate.
